You’ll find various pieces, from apparel and accessories to hand-crafted gifts and artwork here. Giant is a funky spot featuring local artwork and a seasonal menu created with New American dishes and craft cocktails.
Visit Lula Cafe for a delicious meal created with locally-sourced ingredients. This pioneer in the farm-to-table movement offers an innovative menu in an eclectic setting. Mi Tocaya Antojeria is a colorful neighborhood restaurant serving authentic Mexican dishes, desserts, and cocktails. The Illinois Centennial Monument proudly showcases Illinois’ history and is located at Logan Boulevard alongside stately homes and regal architecture. The granite and bronze landmark was made to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Illinois and showcases the four principal industries at the time.
The Logan Square Farmers Market is a favorite spot for fresh produce, baked goods, and other products from local vendors. Residents enjoy mingling with neighbors and shopping locally at this market, open May through October. Attend the Logan Square Arts Festival for other opportunities to socialize with neighbors. This annual event is held in the summer and features live music, craft vendors, and food.
A day trip with the family to Unity Park is always enjoyable. The recently renovated 1.42-acre park includes a new playground area, a water spray feature, a comfort station, and a gazebo. Residents can also stroll through the ornamental gardens and catch beautiful glimpses of nature.
