I had apprehension when we first hired Michael because I knew so many people, people I trust, in the industry. However, based on preliminary discussions, decided to give Michael a chance. Our home search was not an easy or simple experience. The market (covid) notwithstanding, we were looking for specific options which created limited availability. Having said that, once we told Michael some specifics to both go after and avoid, our searches and visitations became very streamlined and never wasteful.
